If this is an HTML/CSS Template, simply unzip it
into a new folder and begin working on it!
If it's a FrontPage theme template, once your
theme and template files are installed, we suggest you create a
new web using the template. Open FrontPage, go to File > New >
Web and select the appropriate template from your list of
choices. FrontPage will then create a full, multi-page web
based on the template.

We also recommend that you become familiar with
the FrontPage (or other HTML/Web editor you're using) help
